Scope of Practice

I have many years of experience helping individuals with common mental health concerns including, but not limited to: 

Anxiety - Depression - OCD - Self-Esteem - Anger - Attachment/Relational Issues - Trauma/PTSD - Parenting - Grief - School and Sports Performance - Substance Abuse - LGBTQ+ 

I help couples re-connect, resolve conflict, and strengthen intimacy through using an Emotionally Focused Therapeutic (EFT) approach.    

I offer in-home intensive therapy services with a focus on doing deeper healing work.  These services are in the safety of your own home and offer more intensive trauma, exposure, and integration sessions.  This services is not covered under insurance and costs $200 per hour.   

My practice is mainly all online.  I use a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform called SimplePractice.  Video sessions offer clients the flexibility to attend their appointments from the comfort of their own home.  From my experience, online counseling can be just as effective as in-person sessions and does not limit our work together.   

My current rate is $100 per session.  I do offer a sliding fee scale upon request.  I also take many of the most common insurances in our area: United, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, HealthLink, ComPsych.  I accept most major credit cards, HSA and FSA accounts, check, and/or cash payments.
